At Kool-Tings.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. You can return most products from the website to Kool-Tings.com within 7 days of receipt of the products if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete. Used items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.

Please be aware that returns only apply to physical products. All services are strictly non refundable and in many cases provided by 3rd party sellers. Kool-Tings.com will provide information on the product detail page of any product/service provided by a 3rd party. Kool-Tings.com act strictly as a platform to acquire these services and are not responsible for the quality of service. We will however, do whatever we can to assist you where possible. Any feedback will be forwarded directly to the service provider. Should any 3rd party services be terminated early for any reason, please contact the provider directly for assistance. If the service is terminated due to breach of terms and conditions of service, the contract is void and non refundable. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be received, processed and refunded. In most cases it will be done much quicker than this. Kool-Tings.com are not liable for any items that go missing or get damaged while being returned. We advise you use an insured, trackable method for returns. Delivery charges and return costs are non refundable. While most physical items can be returned there may be occasions where an item is non returnable. We advise contacting us before you make a purchase to clarify the return policy for any given product. Most items come with a limited 12 month warranty covering factory faults and defects. This does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by incorrect usage. All remotes come with a 90 day limited warranty covering factory faults and defects. This does not include accidental damage or incorrect use.
After 7 days, if an item is considered defective due to manufacturing faults, we can choose to replace or refund the item. Where the item is being replaced, we will replace with a like for like item. If the same item is not available, we reserve the right to replace with a similar item of equal or greater value or we may issue a refund.
